Ridiculously long waits, reception staff are rude and refuse to even give an indication of wait times. I've waited more than 2 hours before.

Awful attitude from a rude, arrogant and dismissive receptionist who really should learn the the basics of customer service.

The MOST WORST one in Sydney! Reception staffs were very rude. when I asked how many patients in front, she even didn't look at me to answer the question. Keeping me waiting for more than 2hrs!!! And also, their stupid policy is they do not take any appointment! Meanwhile, if you are feeling not well during waiting period, do not even ask how long I should still wait or can I be put through earlier, the staff there will tell you to call the ambulance!!! I couldn't understand how can they still run the business???

The service you get depends on the doctor you get and the day you go. Sometimes you wait hours to see a doctor if it's busy, other times you can be in and out (with xrays!) in under 30 minutes. The doctor you get also really changes your outcome. Some of the doctors are outstanding and thourough, and are generally interested in your health. Others just want to 'tick and flick' and give you no more than you asked for without asking any further questions. Good to go to if you can't get into your GP or want imaging without a referral or don't need to go to Emergency.

Initially I had a couple of visits and I guess it was ok. The next time I went there was a ridiculously large number of people there and only 1 doctor on duty. so I walked down to the Forum Medical Centre at the Italian Forum, Norton Street. Very polite... Bulk Bills.. personal AND personable attention. I immediately asked for all my old files from my now retired GP of 20 years to be transferred there.. which he did within a day. I asked the same from Leichhardt Medical and Dental, they said it can take 4-6 weeks and might cost $30-$40 to do it. Well I am not paying that and I'll ask my doctor at the Forum Centre to ask for them himself. I need the results of a test I had for comparison, this week, asap, not in 4-6 weeks....What a ripoff!!! Not impressed.
