0/3 I have rented from this realty before and they are absolutely horrible!! they do not assist you in any way ive gone through VCAT (Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal) many times to just get small things fixed and the big things like for instance cosmetic issues (eg; paint, doorhandles, tiles, mould) took months to get even a response let alone taken care of even when it was affecting our health. The front staff do not help and the agents take days to weeks and in some cases MONTHS to get back to you. word of advice do NOT use these unprofessionals for your rental agency or the landlords dont trust these people as they are extremely unprofessional and very unreliable.
