Lifecycle

I have bought two road bikes through lifecycle and I can't fault any of the staff. All were extremely supportive and have since then become a member of the riding group on saturday mornings. If you wanted to get more from your bike and I'd encourage anyone to do the same and give those rides a try. Cheers

This store definitely provide good service and value for money in Brisbane. I've had several bikes (purchased in Brisbane over the last few years) and have used several bike shops and have found these guys to be great. Two of our team which raced in XPD (the Adventure Racing World Champs last year), purchased bikes off them and I've been in for parts and to get my wife fitted for a bike lately and everyone has had good things to report.

Purchased a mountain bike form these folks a few years back when I lived in Spring Hill. Friendly staff that looked after my needs despite being one of those "I want a cheap bike" guys. Had a pedal on said bike snap in the city once and they took care of it no problem. Good range of clothing, parts, etc. too.

Blair and co. have looked after me over the last few years of owning a bike again. I'm a bit of a rough rider and tend to steer clear of Lycra so I don't think I really fit their regular customer profile. They always do a good job of repairs. Only thing lacking for me is that I'd like to be shown how to do repairs myself and never feel like they want to impart that in case I actually do it. But all up they are welcoming and helpful and tend to give good advice when you let them know you need it.

The people working at this place can't be bothered with phone enquiries. Even when you know exactly what part you need, they seem to be too lazy to go check if the part is available. Don't waste your breath leaving them your phone number because this has happened twice to me and they will not call you back either (this has happened to me twice).
