Lifeline, 80 Jacaranda Street, East Ipswich

Although they have a wide selection of good quality items and are very reasonable in price, the staff are deeply disorganized and tend to have no idea what is going on. There is no communication. I was told on a Monday that I needed to call back prior to Friday to make payment on an item getting delivered. I called back three days later, on the Thursday and was told that they cannot take payment over the phone and I would have to travel out to the store to make payment. After I advised that I am unable to do this due to work commitments I was practically told well that's too bad.
