Light Up Balgowlah

Bought some lights and dealt with the owner! A plus for any business. He really knows his stuff when it comes to lights and spent time explaining the options. He advised me on the type of globes I should purchase for one of the lights. So I bought a couple of warm looking LED's and they weren't too expensive. Everything is working great and looks sensational. Happy with the service and the lights!!

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the great service offered by the Light Up Balgowlah team. They went out of their way to accommodate my requirements and did this in a smashing time. Definitely a happy customer and looking forward to coming back to see you all and Charlie!!

Well, I would say very, very poor, but that doesn't seem to be an option. We bought three lights from here but only one had a bulb, so we asked them to order two more (which were inclusive in the price). A week went by, and then several more. On several occasions I went up to ask and every time they had a different excuse. They were clearly just lying. Just to be mischievous I went up 12 months after we first bought the lights and enquired whether they were still have problems with the mail service. Just bollocks. A place up on Condamine Street sold me the bulbs (they were expensive, but a light without a bulb is useless, so I just decided to suck it up). As a Google User says, avoid at all costs.

I cannot believe the level of service this place offered. They sold me faulty LED product and would not take it back when asked. The owner was arrogant, dismissive and altogether unprofessional. I have no idea how they are still in business if they act like this normally. Avoid at all costs.
