Loganholme Medical Surgery

They don't take new patients.... What the Hell! Are they Doctors or what? So someones sick, NOT that they can't fit you in, they just don't take new patients. Seems to me that something needs to be changed in attitudes, this is garbage!

I took my sick son of 15 months there to be seen by a doctor, as I sat in the waiting room the receptionist's were talking to each other about their weekend, they were talking loud enough I could over hear everything they were saying from across the room, but yet the moment my son of 15 months who is sick starts crying and making a bit of a baby racket, the blond receptionist informed me that I was more than welcome to take my son out side and she would let me know when the doctor was ready to see me- of course I declined, but she insisted as my son was making to much noise- mind you their was only one other person sitting in the room. She could sit their and have an unprofessional conversation but yet here I am paying to see a doctor and I was expected to sit out side with my sick child? It is reasonable to say that if an older child is making to much noise to let the parent or child know, but my son is 15 months old he is not able to understand. You as the receptionist were rude, belittling and unprofessional. I've never been treated with such disrespect, you need to think before you speak and remember we are paying to see a doctor and without our business- you would be without a job. Your unprofessionalism has now changed my opinion of surgery.
