I have had a very good experience dealing with Love Real Estate. The staff is very friendly. They offer a great service. We bought a house through them and they looked after it from start to finish without any hassles. I will surely be using them again for my next property as the staff seems to have a great understanding of the area. Great job done.

I am a tenant of theirs, and whilst the tenancy has been problem free, they actually do conduct routine inspections and thats better than many.

Sold my property with Love Reservoir. The purchasers left false names, address etc and the agent failed to check credentials against their license. They wanted the property, but didnt have the money and wanted time to find the money, so this allowed them to buy the time and would allow no one else to secure it. Purchasers could not be chased down and i could not sell the property for months because it was legally theirs. Love Realestate failed to act appropriately and in my opinion i would stay away from these agents. Once i sold, months later i was made to pay the FULL commision and all the advertising. They didn't care about my situation (i lost money) and told me they would take me to court if i did not pay the full amount.
