M1 Motors

I will never take my car anywhere else! these are guys are fantastic! joe gives a personal touch! u can tell they take care & pride in their work! these guys are fantastic! thank you M1 motors!

I have been taking my BMW x5 to M1 motors for the past 3 years and have found that the knowledge displayed by Joe is superior to that found at most other service centres. He is thorough in his repairs and always contacts me when he locates an unexpected problem and fully explains what is needed to fix it. If a problem develops after a repair it is always covered under workmanship warranty. I have had no hesitation in recommending M1 Motors to my friends who have also found the service to be highly satisfactory. For those who have written critical comments I would suggest that they re-evaluate their expectations and if not satisfied with the repairs they should seek resolution from M1 Motors in a more reasonable manner than to simply log a criticism without affording Joe the possibility of attending to the matter. Also, most BMW owners know that spare parts are expensive for their cars and should expect it, particularly for genuine parts which is what has always been put in my car.

I am so regret after I took my BMW to this awful service workshop. I should check with google rating system before I take my car to this bloody shop. There are couples thing you will get if you take your beloved car to this workshop 1. Over-charging 2. Acting like a angel smile, but never ever deliver what he promised. 3. Fixing up a minor problems, it took me 15 working days.(He doesn't know what is he doing.) Therefore, if you do love you car and your money, dont go. Now I finally believe, Google rating is not Dummy rating system, its all real person. Trust us please!!!!

I brought my beloved BMW 3 series here just to get a logbook service, Joe pointed out several issues with my car that needs addressing in the invoice. He explained it in a way so I would understand. But didn't pressure me into doing it. Really happy with how the mechanic operates and would definitely come back.

Taking my beloved 3series BMW here was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. Joe is untrustworthy and cunning and will overcharge you for what is a simple service. I could not be more unhappy with the service I received. If you love your vehicle please do not take it to this place. Not only will you get ripped off but your vehicle will be in worst condition than it was. Joe is more of a salesman than a mechanic. He will smile and act friendly but his intention is to truly just rob you blind. In my opinion I will never take my BMW here again.
