Mansours, 190-192 Parramatta Road, Camperdown

While we are happy with the quality of the curtains and blinds Mansours produced, their customer service was terrible. We did not realise curtain tie backs were not included and had to order these separately. This may have been our mistake but their sales lady tried to sell us every other accessory possible, so we had assumed she would have mentioned it if they were not included. They took 6 weeks to arrive, when we were told it would be 3 – 4 weeks and we had to call Mansours weekly to get an update on progress – they never returned our calls. When they were done, Mansours wanted to charge us $150 for installation, even though we had already paid for the original curtains to be installed. They were unapologetic about any mistakes on their behalf and didn't seem to care what we thought of their service after we had paid. We still need curtains in two bedrooms and will not use Mansours. We have told three friends who are actively looking for curtains not to go with Mansours because of their terrible service.
