3/3 Response from Manuka Park Apartments: We are very sorry to hear this incident affected your stay with us. Unfortunatly this was a one off incident where we had trouble with some locals entering the premises - this has been sorted out and never repeated. The pool area was tidyed up as soon as we were notified that afternoon. We do have cutting boards and knives in the rooms as a standard feature - we are sorry that they were not in your room - some tend to go walking!!! Reception is open from 8.30am-12.30pm Saturday and Sunday, but we have someone on call 24/7. This is avaliable for in house guests by dialing 9 from the phone in the apartment. We are very sorry that your stay was so poor and want to express our dissapointment in this. Kind Regards, Management
