0/3 The meat was great... for a while. Lamb cutlets, 10 for $28 purchased on a Saturday. I wanted to cook them Wed but they were bad. I discreetly spoke to a staff memmber and was looked at like I was an idiot and told "of course they would be bad after 4 days". No mate, they should not be and very bad customer service on your behalf. I used to pay premium prices for premium products at your store. You preach about how good your lamb is by displaying all your Royal Show awrds etc but then you cant even be bothered to talk politely to a customer with a legitimate complaint. $28 worth of lamb cutlets down my dogs throats and not even a "Sorry about that, what can we do to help to make it right?" You can shove your premium prices cos if it doesnt last even 4 days, it just aint worth it!
