3/3 I had treatment with Dr Marshall and his staff around 2 years ago, and being dental phobic I was less than excited. All of the staff from the receptionists to the clinic staff were warm, friendly and very accommodating. I love my new smile and would't recommend anywhere else!

3/3 The staff were very kind and helpful when i had to have my braces put on. 10/10 i especially like how they have free WIFI and ipads to use while i waited.

0/3 Reception staff were extremely rude after learning I cancelled 2 appointments prior due to work and stated "due to my cancellation history" the practice manager was hesitant to offer me the free consultation as advertised in the Blue Mountains Gazette.
