Marvellous Nails

Nail salon advertises Shellac nails. Clearly use a cheaper and inferior product than Shellac. Technician was rude. What should be a relaxing experience, was anything but relaxing and enjoyable. It seemed rushed and I am very disappointed with the result. I would recommend that you use another nail salon. I will not be back again.

I had my nails done here and I was very happy with the service they provided along with the excellent job they did with my nails. I will be back soon.

I think in all my life I have never experienced such awful customer service, it shocked me. For a business owner or manager the lady who served me was just -well I dont know what to say, it just left me dumb founded. Went there on a Sunday for I was desperate to get my nails in filled & couldn't see my regular lady. I give everyone a go and pride myself on treating ppl with respect, but the manager was so so so rude it shocked me. She didn't communicate with me at all about what style or how I preferred my nails to be done. She just started & was so rough and clearly didn't want to be there that she made me bleed from rubbing my cuticles so badly. When I complained she was hurting me she rolled her eyes & threw up her hands as if to say “what the??', then started speaking in her native tongue to one of her workmates & it was obvious she was bitching about me. A job that usually takes my nail lady over an hour to do, she did it in 20 minutes then had the nerve to ask $50 for her shoddy work (when at first she quoted me $35) she basically charged me extra to shorten and shape my nails. I debated the price, but she then said that she charged me extra for the extra time she spent on me and my "indecisions". I wasnt at all indecisive, she just did'nt communicate or tell me at all what she was doing. I have only just gotten my artificial nails on, I have no idea how they do it!!! Awful place... even if your desperate - DONT GO HERE. I recommend fully "Happy Nails" on Ipswich Rd, Annerley near the café & Food for Less.
