Sale person is alright, but the sales manager Frank there, man, honestly I think he needs some management/sales training. It's the end of the year and I'm looking to buy a brand new car, I've already got a good quote from another Mazda by phone in the morning saying they have only 1 car with the colour we wanted but the location of that dealer is just too far away, so I called up Max Kirwan with the same quote and they said yes. I confirmed like 3 times, saying that I'll take my deposit and go there on the day to sign the contract with the price quoted, and they said yes. Called my next shift to cover an hour for me, leaving my own job early so I can make it before they close; after I got there, guess what, sales manager came out and told me "sorry buddy, with this price I'm not able to sell the car". I work in the service industry so I know what's going on here, still, I'm a guy with patient so I was still sitting there, buy my wife was very upset at the time. 5 mins later, they still want us to raise the offer, so my wife said that's it we go to the other dealer, then we stood up and left - Mr. Sales Manager was sitting there, watching his customer got angry and left because of him, without even a "sorry". Now I wasn't going to put a bad review online because I know how this can affect business, until the other dealer called up while we were driving half way to them, telling us the only car of the colour that we wanted was sold because they got another buyer walked in just couple of hours ago. The car could be sold to us if we showed up earlier. At that stage I felt like an stupid dumb puppet played by the hands of that dishonest Max Kirwan dealer. If it wasn't because of them, I could be on the way back home, with the contract in my hand. They've wasted my time; they've wasted their time; and they've caused me lost my oppertunity to get my car. I'd have give my complement to their sales man, chasing up phone calls, updating informations, really tries to sell their car, however, with that kind of manager holding up the price and tricking customers, I don't think it's good for business. Two days later, we drove to another dealer, asking about the same car model but with a different colour, and we got the exactly same quote like the first time (which Max Kirwan asked us to raise) within 3 minutes, not only that, their sales man and manager were so friendly and kind, helped us choose another car model with almost the same functions, with the colour we wanted, and with a very reasonable price; and they throw in some small accessories for free. We signed the contract, paid deposit within no time. After all these, my suggestion is do not buy cars here, do not do service here, and do not even waste your time enquiry anything here. Also, until they change another sales manager here, I strongly recommand employees working here to change their job since having such manager is really a hold back on your career.

Very bad customer service. After negotiation on a new Mazda stalled, I was on my way home. The manager rang me and asked me to go back only to reject me in person. I will never go near that place again.

Had my mazda booked in to reprogram my keys. Was told it would take 1 hr, still here 2 hours later, no apology, no customer service without asking. Very poor.

Had a very dissappointing experience when looking at second hand cars. The sales person made multiple attempts yo convince me to look at newer more expensive cars but when I requested to test drive the slightly older car he wouldn't allow me yo test drive it. I did indicate that my preference was a lighter colour but now...they won't even get to service my cars. I feel they want to keep customers inexperienced and vulnerable. Poor show.
