Mayfair Plaza Motel

Great time. We spend three nights and will go back. The location is very good for families, good parking and we were really delighted with the service. The guest laundry is free and the staff actually folded and returned our clothes to our room. There are at least three wifi base stations giving free coverage in the rooms. Good TV. Quiet.

We regularly stay at Mayfair Plaza and the rooms are always clean and pleasant. The service from the staff is exceptional and they are only too happy to assist in any way they can. I will continue to return to this Motel andrecommend it to others looking for a great place to stay without having to pay top dollar.

Not at all 4 stars. maybe 2.1/2 The WiFI tho the reception and router was directly below us, it was none functional, used my own hotspot. This place is a converted shopping complex - we had an upstairs shop. lol heavy blinds across the front window. It wasn't unpleasant at all in fact the facilities were OK it just felt weird sleeping in a shop, french bakery downstairs made a great coffee and pastries. local restaurants and takeouts were a bit ordinary. they charged us extra to use the coin laundry down stairs.

This is deffinately not 4 star. Part of a run down shopping complex, with no external windows. Entry via a rotton, seedy underground c/p with bottle shop. Thought we were going to get mugged everytime we came home. Smelly and dark.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mayfair Plaza Motel, a converted shopping centre, in a desirable location in Sandy Bay. Everything is close at hand and the staff was excellent. We highly recommend this accommodation.
