McDonald's, 268 Sandy Bay Road, Sandy Bay

I normally have a good eating experience here but this morning (I'm actually typing this at the location now), I am very disappointed by the service given. Knowing it is Macs, I am not expecting 5 star service but they got my order wrong on 2 items despite me repeating myself while placing the order as another service personnel was speaking out loud another take away order. To me, that is plain rude. I thought it could be it is just one of those mornings I'm having - and then I overheard the next table complaining that their order's were wrong too! Trust me - their comments weren't too kind to listed here! Sincerely hope my next visit will not be as bad as I really like the place.

Pretty Good Maccas. Most of the Asian staff are super efficient which makes for a good dine-in experience. And, as a bonus, they don't employ bogans!

I seriously disagree this Is the worst McDonalds i have ever been in. i have had to complain countless times from being over charged, food made wrong and customer service being less than ordinary. i think management needs to change or train their staff better.

This is one of the best maccas i have ever been in. I dropped in this morning (i'm visiting from out of state), had my usual custom Sausage mcmuffin + bacon, it was fresh, and well assembled, as was my wife's plain sausage. I also got some cash out, and a flat white, the coffee was great and the server went the extra mile to bring out my coffee and give me my cash in a good denomination. Obviously the manager is doing a good thing, and the staff are great.
