McDonald's, 184-188 Georges River Road, Croydon Park

Two stars because the lock on the internal door to the children's area has been broken for months and staff find it near impossible to open. They also lock it, forget to clean up and then say you can't use it because it's not clean. This can go on for days. Once they had cleaned up but duty staff didn't know and didn't want to open the door. This sort of poor behavior is frequent and very unprofessional. It reveals a slack attitude towards children - from a child-oriented company.
