McDonald's, 385 Victoria Road, Gladesville

You might as well always eat in at this Maccas so you can get up and ask for a replacement burger when they give you a yucky one. This is my local McDonalds and is notorious for giving the incorrect order through drive though / missing part of your meal / giving old gross chips or burgers and they NEVER seem to have the Coke Zero premix hooked up correctly because you will get a watery drink most of the time. I worked at maccas when I was in high school and I knew the previous owner of the store I worked for was absolutely padantic and providing customers high quality meals and a clean facility. Not sure who owns this one but they aren't doing a good job.

Just picked up some nuggets & chips via the drive through - the chips were luke warm at best & the nuggets were dried up & cold. Could not return them because we had just turned back onto Victoria Road. At 3.05pm on Thursday before the Easter long weekend there was no way of turning around & bringing them back. With all the systems you have in place - your staff should be able to supply hot food when it is ordered & if it has already dried up then it should be tossed - not supplied to paying customers. Extremly unimpressed!

Just visted the Drive Thru. The Guy taking the order asked for your order with "WHAT DO YOU WANT?". New concept in McDonalds Hospitality. Notice this happens at a few other McDonald Stores too? I Purchased 2 Medium Orange Juices. When I sipped it about 10 minutes later, it was water with orange juice flavour.
