McDonald's, Cooyong Street, Braddon

The staff in McCafe are excellent. This is the friendliest Coffee place in civic. Love coming here there is always a smile and the service is impeccable. Every time we come the service is equal or better to any top of the town Cafe. Will be back again and again

You can't expect much from Macca's and this place certainly lives up to that reputation. It's actually a horrible place to go after dark with mess everywhere, but I hear they might have cleaned up their act recently. Service is horrible when there's drunk people about. I've seen the police come a few times. It used to be the only place open late at night in Civic, but there's a new Macca's literally 100m down the road. So now you have the choice of two Macca's at 1am in the morning. Gotta love the Canberra night life...

Dear reader, we too laughed when we saw the one star rating. This restaurant is slow, dirty, and full of security cameras. A 15 year old staff member sipped his McFlurry with contemptuous disdain. A quarter pounder meal took a full 8 minutes to slam out. Approach this place with caution.

A low even for McD's. Trash overflowing, napkins strewn all over the dispenser area. Fifteen year old at the cash register looked disinterested didn't even return my "hello" when I walked up to the counter. Didn't get my order right - "Coke Zero" is different than "Coke". What people won't put up with for free wifi. Truly a customer service and cleanliness ghetto.
