Bad attitude and disappointing customer service. On Monday 12.8.13 around 13:20, my son and I went to McDonalds. He ordered 'big mac' without pickles. Then discovered that there were pickles on it. Went to the counter and the counter staff confirmed his order was no pickles in the computer order. He walked to the back a see his 'manager'. She was very aggressive and confrontative "What do you want?!" I couldn't believe this attitude as it was very rude. Customer service zero. Not even an apology, just aggro. As the McDonalds website has not even a feedback opportunity for them to learn and improve. Now over this forum. Obviously not caring about people anymore, only grabbing money of the masses.

Stuffed up a very simple order TWICE, took half an hour from the point at which we initially ordered to eventually getting my money back and going to Subway. Absolutely useless. Go elsewhere.
