I have lived in drummoyne for about 6 years and used this maccas over a hundred times, I can honestly say it is the worst managed maccas I have ever had the misfortune to use if it wasnt for the fact its a 2 min drive from my house i would never use it. reasons as follows. 1) 95% of the time have to wait in the waiting bay never order anything exotic just the usual other day ordered a smoothie had to wait in the bay for 5 mins WTF? 2) I would say that at least 80% of the time they forget something out of the order usually its just the sauce which is still annoying but last night was the nuggets ;-( and a few weeks ago ordered a big mac meal and they didnt put the big mac in again WTF. 3) Phoned up and was rightly annoyed because yet again they forgot my order and missed stuff etc they started acting up and saying do you have the receipt how do we know your telling the truth etc no refund no sorry for the inconvenience again just a reluctant we will give you what we missed out this time when you come again. Aghhhhhh Anyway thats my story if i ever go postal it will probably be here class A idiots....
