McDonald's Springfield Lakes

I've been there or have received take away from there about 6-7 times. I think they may have given me the correct order once. Any other time, there are items missing, incorrect change given or just bad manners from drive thru staff. At least 4 times shakes and other soft serve items were 'not available at the moment', despite those times being completely different times of the day. Once, the only drinks available were apple juice and water!! So I took the water... Other review sites (and friends who have visited there) say very similar things about SL Maccas. They need to improve vastly to match the generally good (not great) service received at other Maccas restaurants.
