Mel's Cutting & Beauty Room, 3/25-27 Princes Highway, Traralgon

What a terrible experience. When I made my appointment I asked if they knew how to do the style I wanted. They said they could. I arrived and I checked again. They started cutting and it quickly became apparent that they did not know what they were doing. When challenged, the hairdresser gets the manager who then gets the tablet out trying to work out the style saying we can do it. They misled me when I rang when they told me they knew how to do the style I asked for. They lacked the skills / knowledge / attitude. If they did not know how to do the style I wanted, just say so. They could not give the haircut I asked for and what they did do was second if not third rate.

I moved to Traralgon a few years ago and tried a few different hair dressers before coming across Mel's Cutting Room. Sitting in the massage chair while I waited for my appointment was a very nice way to start my appointment and after this I was very impressed with the atmosphere, friendliness and service of all the girls. Oh yeah, and they do a great job with my hair too!
