0/3 My brand new juice and milk were stealed just because I didn't know I need to put a label on it. The most disgusting thing is the theft drunk half of it and left on table instead of rubbish box. Watch out your things.Next time that may happen to your valued things

1.67/3 Great friendly workers who will point you to the local places with good food and nice drinks. Spent a week there on schoolies, they weren't fussy about entering and leaving times and were happy to help anyone with anything. (They have bottle openers at the counter)

0/3 Warning: Initial price is cheap, but standard extras like wifi, lockers, food are so expensive! Staff are friendly enough. Wifi is awful, and keeps dropping out. Also costs $4 for an hour! Atmosphere is poor, with lots of old people sitting and eating by themselves.

2/3 Good atmosphere, clean, safe. More a group and family than a pure backpacker, but at least it's well managed. Rooftop with a very nice view!
