Rang and got a quote for GK3 patterned glass, was told that it was available and could be done in two days. Ordered it, was then told that GK3 glass pattern was unavailable and had to settle for GK5 (at the same cost). They then charged $20 dollars more to my credit card than the verbal quote and didn't email a receipt. Left many voicemails that were never returned, they eventually sent a receipt. The date the glass would be ready was extended three times, and when I left a voicemail to cancel the order because it was impossible to get through to them, it was ignored and the glass was cut anyway. The staff were rude and unhelpful.
