Poor Service, Poor Job, Angry Staff!. I took my car here as they were a "recommended repairer" with my insurance company after someone broke into my car and scratched it up around the doors. The first time I looked at the car after it was "ready to pickup" some of the trim was bubbling up and part of the door was still bent and some of the paint was not finished properly and there was a brush mark above the door. They then took it back and fixed the bent bit of the door and fixed the bubbling trim but they didnt fix the paint that wasn't finished properly until I visited a second time and told them it still wasnt good enough. I have now been back there 4 times and the job still is not done, has taken more than 3 months and they still haven't fixed the brush mark they left and even blamed the car manufacturer for the brush mark instead of themselves and refuse to fix it. When I visited just now the owner got angry and started raising his voice pretty much yelling at me for not wanting to accept the car until it was done properly while the whole time I have tried to be patient and speak to him in a calm, assertive manner. I guess they get away with bad service because they do all their work for insurance companies and don't really need to keep the general public happy.
