Comes across as a quick, cheap and cheerful ramen bar, but the richness of the house Tonkatsu broth makes Menya my favourite ramen in the city.

I love their teriyaki beef ramen! for me they have the best ramen in CBD, they always full during lunch and dinner time however they have a very quick service! please note that their ramen size is quiet big and they have the half size ramen for those who can't eat that much!

You can't go wrong coming to Menya for your lunchtime ramen. Menya is located at the old Burlington complex. Quite busy at lunch times it reflects the popular succulent tonkotsu soup base they use. I find Gamsharu on the thick side, the soup base here is just right and full of flavour. Able to vary the size of servings. The roast pork servings are more generous than others. There are pickled ginger and shallots that can be added to the soup. Not afraid to offer the all egg ramen which I've been tempted to devour for my next visit. I find the soup base is better than Ippudo at Westfield. Like: Viscous Pork Soup Base, roast pork servings, middle of the road pricing. Didn't Like: Seats need to be more comfortable. Definitely part of the top 3/4 Ramen houses in Sydney.

Great place for Japanese ramen noodles, reasonably priced with good servings. Tonkotsu soup base is thick and tasty. Great ambience for a casual lunch.

Masters of Ramen! Very popular so you may havve to wait and get cosy during peak times. They have frequent specials so look out for them. Dishes are a bit low on the meat content however.
