As you were informed Andy, the weight of the table starts at 7.6kg. The final weight of the table will depend on the thickness of the foam, the height of the legs and the type of vinyl used. We explained this to you, yet you were still not satisfied. So we offered you either a full refund or to make you a brand new table using lighter weight foam, lighter vinyl and a shorter leg range so that it met your 7.6 kg weight requirement. You refused all of our offers to rectify the situation and you stated that you would only be satisfied with a partial refund. Your negative review is misleading and is not based in fact. I had a good experience with Amanda the administrator but it all went southside when I received a table that was heavier than I ordered and subsequently spoke to the manager and designer of the table. He started by saying that he had to add things to the table that made it heavier (I did not know this until calling them to ask them why my table was heavier than it was meant to be). He then offered me a full refund for the return of the table instead of giving me a discount on the massage bed. Essentially he was full of excuses and obviously had no intention of telling me about the weight difference. All I can say is DON'T buy the 7.6kg wonder table because it doesn't exist!!!!!!!!
