This place is TERRIBLE!! We had our washing machine fixed under these guys, and when it came to pick up and deliver the item, their customer service is terrible! To start with they give you a 2 hour time slot for the technitian to come out, but when they ask you for your preference of time, they state that they take a note of this when it comes to booking, yet they give you the time that is most inconvenient! I work as a physio and I have patients that make appointments with me and I can not shift these, but they were unwilling to change times so I had to wait 2 weeks to actually get my washing machine back AFTER it was repaired. It was only goin to take them 5 minutes to pick up/drop off the machine for repairs. They expect you to rely on someone else to be there if you cant. Not happy.

We have been forced to use MAS because they are our local Smeg agent. Everything about their service - from the point of ordering a part through to delivery - is slow and non-committal. We have been waiting for a part under warranty now for 14days and when you complain as a customer, they just dont seem to empathise enough for my liking. We have previously had to pay for parts on another of our Smeg appliances and were told that Smeg parts will be the only ones that fit. We found out later from our installer that MAS is one of the most expensive suppliers and that Smeg parts are interchangeable with other brands. We could have saved $20-50 by buying generic. Not happy! I wouldnt use these guys for anything other than warranty issues and even then, it frustrates me to have to deal with them.
