Milan Beauty & Nails

DO NOT EVEN ENTER!!!! I went to get a manicure there today and it was the worst one I have ever had. They were rude, unprofessional and ill equipped. It was seriously a manicure I could have done better with acrylic paint, a toothbrush and blind fold. Each layer of nail polish was thick and had bubbles and brush marks it in. On top of all of this they botched the part where they cut around the nail and the cuticle, it is jagged and on two fingers they went too deep creating sore cuts that will likely get infected. What is most disappointing is that I wanted to buy this super cute handbag but instead I used the money for it on this terrible health hazard of a manicure.

AWFUL!!!!!! I had a brand new set on my nails and went there for a re-fill. Over the weekend I noticed that my nails looked awful. I went back in and their customer service is appauling. Would not listen to what I was saying. Kept telling me I needed a new set of nails but it was only the first re-fill appointment. DO NOT GO THERE

DO NOT GO HERE! The customer service is appalling and the beauty service I had even worse. I paid $35 for Shellac and it lasted 4 hours, it bubbled and peelled off. I went back twice to get it either redone or a refund and I just got abbused and told to leave. I don't recommend anybody go there.

The new owners are an improvement from the old ones from a year + ago. It's been renovated and it's great. They're lovely people and their service is amazing!
