2/3 I had been using the computer for long periods and began getting pain in the right shoulder. Andrew managed to relieve the pain and gave me some amazing work in the affected area. After a few sessions, the shoulder felt a lot better, but the guy worked out it was from the way I was using my mouse and showed some ergonomic stuff about how I should sit and gave me some exercises to do. Shoulder is fine now and has never been an issue since.
