1/3 Found the receptionist generally unpleasant. The doctor didn't bother to put my details on the referral for a blood test so I had to go back to him to fix it and also had problems with the referral to the hospital for a colonoscopy which took a lot of phoning to get them to sort it between them. The doctor was however a very pleasant person and seemed to be very experienced.
