Because of the lack of intrest in patience and the inability to read xrays, my grandad has cancer, and his time with us is now limited, due these ppl my grandad has had cancer for a while, but now it has spread and causing him great pain he has to crouch and lay down to easy the pain. so i hold this place personally responsible. please dont send loved ones here.

This practice is a joke. I called and asked if I could make an appointment for the same day. I was told "I can book you in for 8.40". Naturally I would assume this means 8.40PM. I replied "8.40PM?" as it seemed very late and was told "yes". I turned up at 8.40PM and the place was shut. and it was obviously too late to find another place and have to wait another day in terrible pain. I'm not even sure if they booked it in for the following morning as I didn't even get a call from them. Terrible experience and I wouldn't give this practice another chance

Plan on waiting at least 1 hour after your scheduled appointment. It is more like a cattle station than a doctor's office. That place is all about seeing as many patients as possible rather than customer service. I would not recommend seeing Nematalah. Bad juju. Nice guy but find somebody else to treat you.

Rang up in the morning to try and make an appointment, and was very rudely told that the practice is "not taking in any new patients" and then they hung up. I know not to bother next time.

I've been here twice in the past 5 years, both times I saw Dr. Nematelah (I think that is his name). First I had an infected cut that was obviously the cause of my illness causing my body to go septic; I was told to get a blood test for Ross River Fever. Three days later I returned much worse for wear and was given anti biotics to solve the problem, I had to return to get a stronger script after that didn't work. It took over an hour each visit to get in to see the "doctor". The second time I came in after injuring my arm, it took him all of three minutes to tell me I had an repeditive stress injury after waiting an hour and a half to see him, he wasn't very subtle in saying it was from 'playing with yourself too much'. I promptly went to the hospital emergency room where after a shorter wait it was found that I had chipped a bone in my forearm and required a split. Since the last visit I have chosen never to return to that surgery. Everyone seemed to be waiting for much longer than they should have, even if they had appointments. The 'doctor' was rude and seemed to think that I was inventing symptoms and ailments just to get a medical certificate and time off work.
