Move 4 Cheap Melbourne

The guys from Cheap Movers did a good job but did take a lot longer than expected which of course meant extra $. They calmly went about there business with extreme care, wrapping furniture with protective blankets and cling wrap and planning best ways to move each item. We experienced no damage whatsoever for which we are thankful. We received a courtesy confirmation call the day before the move. They turned up on time and communicated well. Overall the staff were on time, polite, etc.... The main thing that impressed me was the way they took my double door fridge up a spiral staircase. NO HESITATION!! Obviously just another day at the office for their very experienced staff.

I have just moved TWICE in a very short period & Cheap Removalist have done the move each time. The boys who moved us were friendly & very speedy. Nothing was broken! They accommodate you even if you have short notice or difficult access requests. They also move interstate, which was great. The Co-ordinator - Suman - was very helpful & always kept you updated as to what was happening on the day . - Will Definitely call these guys!

Thanks to the team for the great move the other day. It just went so well ,thought to write a review for them. They were on time, Efficeint in their work, and never took a break which was great. Never thought of a full house to take less than 4hours which we paid by card. Not even a single item was broken or chipped. Strong recommendation to use these guys.

I am really unsatisfied and bothered with this removalists. I had an appointment at 11am but they showed up after 2 pm(more than 3hrs delay). I called them more than 20 times, sometimes the manager, SAM, didn't answer my phone calls at all! And they never gave me the exact arrival time. They promised to replace the service with one at 12:30, but again not true. They kept putting off the time about half an hour, 15 minutes, etc to calm me down, but what I asked them was the truth. They never gave me the arrival time! I asked for 2 men, which costs $70 per hour. They charged me $140 for 2 hours. The second man,(driver) was very lazy and generally they were trying to kill time. After moving, I told them "I pay the money 3hrs later, like yourself, to be fair." Then, they tried to be logic and give reasons! wow! You need to be with them when they are moving stuff, otherwise they want to kill time. Do not trust their promise and their price.
