1/3 The ambiance was pleasant and the service was friendly and efficient. HOWEVER! When I asked for a very rare rubbed rib eye I WANT TO SEE BLOOD OOZING FROM MY FIRST INCISION!!!! Alas, it was medium rare and I was heartbroken and despondent.... My only course of action was to knick my radial artery and drip it over my lump of disappointment on my plate to appease me....
