Staff are rude and condescending. Turned on my heel and walked out. I won't be back.

I couldn't be happier with the service these guys offered. I went in as a complete novice and they were excited to show me through everything I'd want to know, and related everything back in terms I understood. I went with most of their recommendations based on what I said I wanted to achieve and my budget (opted for a different guitar) and set the exact kit up for a demo in store. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back there for my next guitar and distortion effects.

The guys in this shop are awesome. i've been a music shopper at 440 for years and i really like it. They always have the stuff i need for my kids music and they are great for guitars (which is my love). they specialise in guitars but have a decent range of other things as well like for example keyboards. i've made all kinds of purchases there, large and small. i am a frugal shopper and these guys are always willing to give you a good price that will beat allens/billy hyde any day; plus they have much better service. i never go to the big chain music shops anymore. if i can't get a park at the front of the shop then they have a car park out back.

The only place I've found with decent guitars in Western Brisbane. Got to have a good long play of the guitars before I chose, I was happy with the service and selection.

I love music 440, only found it recently but have been really impressed by there range and level of customer service, not at all pushy and really accommodating to play a guitar before buying.
