First time in my live I was refused access to my money by my bank. There was some delay with unlocking money transfer feature of internet banking of my fresh opened NAB account. I called them to unlock and visited the branch a few times with no success. Finally, I left Australia for 5 weeks for a business trip. I tried to unlock money transfer by calling NAB from overseas. They asked a few security questions, some of that were disappointing, said I answered wrong and obliged me to come to a branch before assisting me any further. I lost access to my funds for 5 weeks. Isn't it crazy? Make sure you've set everything 100% with this bank before making any business with using any NAB services. ...and expect unexpected delays and troubles. Good luck!

Not happy, asked to stop a cheque and they still cashed it plus charged me the fee, also stuffed up property settlement.
