Bad customer service! Call them to find about macbook air and educational discount and the phone call only took approximately 15 seconds. They just lost another customer.

Terrible Customer Service! Next Byte has no communication between their stores. After getting a wrong start up disk from Jeremy in the city store I went back in and spoke to Aleks. He said he would work with the Glenunga store to order a new disk. After nearly 3 weeks and no disk Aleks sent me to Glenunga. They said they could not fix it and that the City store would have to organise it. Terrible communication and I would not purchase from Next Byte again!
