Nirvana Beauty, Level 3, Shop 3013, Westfield Shoppingtown/600 Kingsway, Miranda

I found Nirvana Beauty to be the WORST Place I have ever been to. They lack experience, are over priced, don't know what they are doing, extremely poor customer service and DO NOT HONOUR Vouchers. I would not recommend Nirvana Beauty to anyone. I even tries contacting head office to discuss the matter but am still waiting to hear from them. Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority but having personal conversations while a customer is waiting to be served is acceptable - I don't think so.

I had my hair and a facial done at nirvana hair and beauty dapto. the haircut/ colour turned out fabulous!! and the facial was lovely. the girls where so caring, they listened to what i had to say and what hair style i wanted and it turned out just the way i wanted! for a cut and colour that good, the price was very affordable and satisfactory. the beautician was very informative on how to take care of my skin and what products would be best for me and the massage was beautiful. i definitely recommend nirvana beauty dapto. :D

The staff here are terrible. I've never felt more unprioritised and every time I have made an appointment in the past that I am doing them a favour. I was given a voucher for them, but I don't think I'll use it. I had a facial there a few weeks ago and the therapist talked through the whole thing, continually telling me how much the products were and asking if I wanted to buy them.

For the massages and facial I really will give a 4* but for the coiffeur I should give 0* the china girl coiffeur is horrible she can't cut a nice attractive haircut... a shame this coiffeuse in such a beauty salon, I was in Parramatta
