Noddy's On King

John the Scotish stylist did a fantasic job on my hair. Very happy, he was lovely. The apprentice that blowdried was really rough and nearly pulled my scalp off but it looked nice in the end. Did get offered beverage and magazines and had a nice head massage.

Bad experience. Hairdresser was impersonal, left half way through cutting with no explanation to attend to another client, did not offer coffee or water, haircut was a shocker, I wanted to grab the scissors off her and do it myself. Will not be returning.

The senior stylists are (bar one) fabulous. I have my favourites of course (Tenille and Mel), but I always get complimented on the quality of my colour and cut. The apprentices are hit and miss, but hey, they're apprentices.

Staff were very impersonal, no one even offered me a water, girl who cut my hair didn't even ask how was my day and she put the blowdry down mid way and asked an apprentice to take over....when finished it was clear my hair was not straight so i had to ask her to finish the job properly. 2 weeks later i get a postcard from them with nothing offered just showcasing they are award winning.....not impressed with Noddy's what so ever.

Staff at reception are very impersonal, which defeats the purpose of their jobs really, I believe they are suppose to make customers feel welcomed. Haircut I got was good, but I could get something better for 1/3 the price elsewhere in Newtown. Nothing special.
