I have been seeing Matt since it opened. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Highly recommended. Matt is an excellent chiro, service is always good and they stick to appointment times.

Very bad experience. I had an 8am appointment on 29/11/11, as a first time patient I was told that the appointment would be 45 minutes. After arriving on time and filling in my form, I proceeded to wait, and wait and wait. At 8.20am I told the (very polite) receptionist that I had to leave as I could not wait any longer. Her response to me was that time had been allocated for me to fill in the form..... personally a form doesn't usually take me 20 minutes. She then told me that the appointment would still be finishing on time... I asked when this was. 9.00am she said. Apparently for this clinic 45 minute appointments take 1 hour. I'm now still in pain and haven't seen anyone because like most people, I had to get to work. She then asked if I wanted to reschedule. No. The only reason I was attending here is that my new office is too far away from my old chrio. I will still be making the trip now. Jowett and Moulton on Market Lane in the City - highly recommended.
