I myself, is a regular customer at North Richmond Florist, I have found the staff there are always delightful and very co-operative. The staff always seem to have a smile across their faces and are always pleasant. The flowers are always exceptional and are always to the finest quality. I personal would recomend this florist to any person who is look for the finest flowers for any occasion.

I was a part of a bridal party for a recent wedding, and everything was perfect, except for the flowers. The florist wasnt able to get the chosen flowers in, so just created another bouquet. The Bride to be thankfully dropped into the florist the day before her wedding and saw the flowers. They were horrible and terrible colours that she had never chosen.. The florist didnt even apologise to her for not getting the flowers in, and wasnt even going to give her a courtesy call to explain prior to the wedding day. The leaves in the arrangements werent fresh and were dropping half way through the day. The florist did finally give the couple some of their money back, but only once the Brides mother dropped in and demanded some sort of compensation be made. I wouldn't recommend this florist to anyone.. Terrible customer service, and not quality flowers.
