Terrible customer service. Calls go unanswered, after initial deposit paid took forever for these guys to turn up to site to start the job (let alone finish) at Manly. Craig Nicholls (Managing Director) is a gangster, drops the f**k bomb every sentence and yells at you for having any queries and asking when he can finish the job. The main thing that annoys me is that they don't do their own air-conditioning work themselves, they sub-contract it out to others, which probably explains the long and tiresome (and expensive) communication process. They would not come back to finish the job until the full amount was paid. Who asks for full payment when the job isn't even finished yet? Definitely would not recommend, much better service elsewhere.
