O'Brien Removals Storage

Removalists from HELL. The buyer in Sydney has selected this place only on the basis that they can deliver by a certain date. When the seller (me) was contacted, they refused to pick the item up by the promised date (because they are from Mornington.. so did not want to drive to the west unless they had to!!! ?? but that's the job?? Driving! And why promise the buyer what they won't do??). Because of the nice buyer, I made compromises and we arranged THREE other times for them to come (those times, I had to leave work early, or go to work late for this to happen). They NEVER came. And one night, I get a phone call at 8pm, saying that they are at my house - ONE night that I said I could not do, and I was out. Today was the fourth time - I have recorded the phone conversation - them pushing me to come home at 3:30pm today. I work full-time, today was the only time this week I could cancel meetings to come home at that time. THEY DID NOT COME! Apparently, their 'boys' finished the job early and didn't want to stick around. What is the point of arranging a time for collection, if they will never abide, NEVER keep their word?? When the buyer wanted a refund, they wanted $1000 for all the trips they made to my place. ??? They only came once, on the way to collected another item, on the night they were never meant to come. BEWARE!!!! very unprofessional. As a regular seller, this has never happened to me before. THese guys are liars. The buyer uses other places normally and they are reliable.
