Perhaps my favourite attraction in Canberra. There is so much history here. You can still read well known names on the phones. Make sure you do the tour. Could be a bit boring for young children, but if your into Australian history prior to 1988 then you might enjoy this place like I did.

It was awesome, you got to sit in the house of representatives and you also got to sit in the senate. you get to touch statues and boards. it was the best place ever!!!

How amazing did the projections look on Old Parliament House for Canberra's 100th birthday. And what a great atmosphere there too guides and visitors alike all in the best if moods. Who would have thought Aussie history could be so interesting.

If I had my choice of the old or the new Parliament house ...I would take the old one ...I could spend the day in this place .... a really great place to visit ...and a must see while in Canberra
