Ozsail

2 night 3 day sailing trip on avatar. Very poor sleeping conditions and washing facilities on the boat. The captain (Kevin) and crew (Luke and another girl) were very rude to people on the boat. The captain ruined a lot of peoples trip and we all ended up just trying to avoid him which was very hard trapped on a boat. You would expect them to at least be friendly and willing to answer questions about the islands. They were just so arrogant and couldn't have cared less about us. We didn't go to half the places in the brochure and never saw any reef. Complained when we got back and ask for part refund. Not a chance. Glad we got a good deal in the first place though. It seems we paid half of what some on the boat had!!!

Infested with cockroaches! I was on the 3 day 2 night sailing with Oz Sail 19th - 21st June 2011. I was suppose to be on the Freight Train but when I checked in (with Oz Sail) they informed me that it was not going to be going out due to insufficient number of passengers and they were "upgrading" me to the Mandrake. The boat was smaller and was completely infested with cockroaches. The first night I smashed at lest 15 of them around the dining area. I went to sleep that night and was only given a thin sheet which did nothing to keep me warm and had water dripping on me throughout the night. I awoke to my disgust with a cockroach climbing up my leg. The next night there continued to be a steady stream of them crawling around the cabin.
