Pacific Pines Tavern

Would love to say how good the food was I will never be able to find out, a few months ago, my friend and I wanted to have good dinner since we weren't feeling like fast food so we decided to go to our local tavern but when we went to order the food, they asked for ID ,we were both 17 at the same and what we know, taverns are somewhat of a family place these days so we didn't think that you would need someone over 18 to order food!, anyway they told us we needed someone over 18 to order food, went had to go to subway in the end. Today we returned (with a few friends, some being being over 18 and some being 17) and today the 'policy' apparently changed from someone being over 18 to a parent/guardian (whilst the signs out front saying responsible adult/ someone over 18), I mean we just wanted to have nice dinner and have some coke to wash it down but no!. In the end we went to another local tavern and had a great dinner who accepted us for having dinner at their fine establishment

The best mushroom sauce, and steak. Friendly staff, with alot of smiles.....

I have enjoyed most meals i have had here. good attmosphere. nice friendly pub. i only had one meal that wasnt very good. i wont go into detail because the lady chef was great about it, fixed it up straight away. so we keep going back. everyone makes mistakes its just how they handel it and look after it makes the difference. to have one bad meal i have allready forgotten about because of the lovely chef.

Tasty food, friendly service, great to see some smiling staff. Love to hear more about the ladies night on Fridays!
