2/3 I have not used this cattery yet, but rang and visited this cattery. The lady was lovely and friendly, all the cats there at the time looked very relaxed and comfortable, cages clean and no odour. I noticed they had a bad review, but thought I have to decide for myself. Upon visiting, I was happy to make a booking with them. Charges for boarding were quite reasonable.

0/3 Horrible place. The lady was rude and when I picked up my 2 cats they were hiding in their beds covered in urine and stressed to the max. Wouldn't go back there if you paid me to.
