We are referring to the comment below from Ian. Firstly Ian we must apologize to you and your offsider for your uncomfortable stay with us. We have been refurbishing our rooms and rooms 1,2,3,and 4 as mentioned and many other rooms have been or are in the process of being refurbished. We have now rectified room 12. Ian you mentioned it would NOT BE your last stay with us, so next time in we will discuss it further with you. Again our Apologies Donna / Jo Managers

Drivers opinion; We are sitting in room 12 as we type. Paid $110.00 for a twin room, Driver and offsider. In the bathroom there is not a towel hanger, used the door handle, but worst of all there is no mirror anywhere in this unit, will use the truck mirrors to part our hair. The toilet roll holder is just hanging to the wall. The shower goes from scalding hot to straight out cold, not a pleasant stay. Prices have gone up and the service/quality has dropped. Offsiders opinion; when you check into a room in a motel found on google maps, and having a look at the pictures because we need Truck parking and glimpsing the room pictures all the rooms look OK. well other then the basics what do you normally find in a motel room. this was missing all but a yellow pages that looks like it's been dropped in the pool... not mirrors, toilet role holder is only half in or out of wall depending on your views, most of the time you would find a information book and a bible, They did not have either. the only extra they had was a TV with a DVD player built in. Oh... and the shower has to be faster then most pressure cleaners to stop it from sounding like a FOG HORN that wont turn off. well this is not the first time i have been here and it wont be the last but it won't be room 12 ever again, room 1,2,3,4 we have been in and they have Bible's and extra pillows and blankets which room 12 also was missing. this half of review by Ian
