I think the club SUX SUX SUX. My cousin wanted to come in - who happens to be 59yrs and were were celebrating his birthday - so we decided to take him to a Club so he can have a little dance with his family on the dance-floor. As soon as we got the the entry door - the Bouncer said NO to my cousin...I looked in SHOCK!!!! - I said What!!!! - the bouncer said he is not dressed properly????? - but he's wearing trousers, as we were all wearing our old jeans and a T-shirt. The bouncer then replied...he's too old here!!! - take him to to RSL down the road in Redfern....I stormed out as my cousin was made to look very very useless.... I don't respect this club - my cousin was in the war in middle-east...and he is gay. So why the arrogance...was it because he's not WHITE - or ASIAN???? Its either you Xenophobic, racists, Bigots, uncompassionate

Avoid all the tossers in their wanky outfits listening to their wanky dance music at stonewall and head to PALMS where they always play kylie, always play britney, and on really special nights (usually fridays) you might even get to hear the dance remix of 9 to 5. fun crowd, fun music, fun nights. straight friendly!

All I know is what I see - the drinks are no more expensive than Stonewall or The Shift - they have the fastest bar staff on the strip which makes a pleasant change to its a privelege to buy a drink off me attitude and keep you waiting and avoid serving wherever possible crap you experience elsewhere - the crowd show none of the boring pretention of other bars and simply let their hair down and throw their hands in the air (gee some actually converse) - of course the music is daggy cause we all love it and the place was clearly never intended to be an Arq - no one appears drug phucked, aggressive or wasted - so overall it makes a pleasant change if you ask me so no wonder the place is consistently packed every weekend with queues for the last 7 years whilst other venues wane, close or simply die.
